Zorro offers new way for companies to provide employee health benefits. Instead of a one-size-fits-all group plan, Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) allow employers to give each employee a stipend to purchase an individual health plan of their choice. By combining ICHRA with advanced data analytics, unparalleled product design, and deep benefits expertise, Zorro helps companies offer more flexible, affordable, user-friendly healthcare coverage.

Key responsibilities

Zorro is looking for an experienced marketer to expand our content library, drive engagement, and grow our lead funnel through creative thinking and execution. If you’re passionate about storytelling, have a knack for turning ideas into action, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! In this role you will:

  • Amplify Thought Leadership. Develop and execute an integrated thought leadership strategy that drives brand awareness and positions Zorro as the preeminent leader in ICHRA and employee benefits disruption. Leverage channels such as webinars, panel presentations, social media, blogs, email, and ads, to drive measurable results (e.g. views, impressions, downloads, attendees, brand perception). 
  • Oversee Campaign Management. Collaborate with the demand generation team to design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement. 
  • Enable Sales Success. Collaborate with sales team to develop impactful tools and messaging that effectively communicate Zorro’s value proposition and product offerings across all customer segments. Examples include tear sheets, case studies, presentations, ads, microsites, and more.  
  • Craft Compelling Content. Strategize, create, and distribute valuable content to attract, engage, and convert target audience.
  • Drive Product Promotion. Shape the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for new and evolving Zorro products to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Monitor Competitive Intelligence. Monitor competitor activities and content strategies to identify opportunities to differentiate and maintain Zorro’s competitive edge. 

Who you are

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing roles; content and/or product marketing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional Written and Editing Skills. Demonstrated ability to craft engaging, informative, and well-structured content across various formats and diverse audiences. 
  • Knack For Creativity and Storytelling. Ability to make visually and narratively engaging content, campaigns, and collateral. 
  • Tenacity: Proactive and strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a bias for action and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Comms, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Start-up experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthtech, insurtech, or the employee benefits space.
