Plan design just got more powerful
You may already be familiar with Zorro’s high-powered quoting and allowance modeling tool. The revamped version makes plan design even faster and more dynamic. Starting in August, the platform can:
- Build and edit multiple customized quotes on the fly
- Rank client priorities and model real-life contribution strategies
- Deep dive into cost impacts at the individual employee level
- Search available plans by ZIP code, carrier, and more

Employee AI support, upgraded
Zorro’s AI engine already helps over 70% of employees choose a plan without live support—and we’re doubling down.
Coming soon: an enhanced in-platform chatbot to guide employees through their options, compare coverage, narrow selections, and answer common questions. It’s smarter decision support, right when (and where) employees need it most.
Payroll just got a whole lot easier
We’ve completely reimagined payroll reporting to cut down on manual work and surface only what matters. Admins can now:
- Align reports to pay periods (not just benefit months)
- View only the “Actions Required”—like new hires, plan changes, or one-time adjustments
- Filter by task, update eligibility, and generate custom reports
- Handle prorated and retroactive deductions with built-in automation
No more VLOOKUPs. No more spreadsheets. Just a clear, actionable report that gets it done.
Built-in QME reimbursement
Starting in the 2026 plan year, employees will be able to submit qualified medical expenses (QMEs) directly through Zorro for reimbursement using leftover ICHRA dollars.
It’s a simple way to boost value and flexibility, without adding complexity.
