Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Messaging Policy

Effective as of March 30, 2026

Zorro prohibits the use of spam, deceptive messaging, or other abusive email practices to advertise, promote, or distribute links to Zorro, its website (myzorro.co), platform, products, or services. This policy applies to communications sent by Zorro as well as by employees, affiliates, partners, vendors, and other third parties acting on Zorro's behalf.

Zorro may conduct targeted business-to-business outreach to relevant professional contacts. Zorro's commercial email communications must comply with applicable laws and regulations, accurately identify the sender, use accurate and non-deceptive subject lines and header information, include Zorro's valid physical postal address where required, and provide recipients with a clear and appropriate method to opt out of future marketing communications.

Zorro honors applicable unsubscribe and opt-out requests and maintains suppression practices designed to prevent further marketing communications to recipients who have opted out. Zorro does not sell, transfer, or otherwise use the email addresses of recipients who have opted out for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

Zorro does not knowingly authorize or permit the use of compromised email accounts, false or misleading sender information, deceptive subject lines, attempts to circumvent spam filters or blocklists, or other deceptive or abusive messaging practices to promote Zorro or its services.

Zorro requires third parties that send marketing communications on its behalf to comply with this policy and applicable laws and regulations.

If you believe you have received spam or an unauthorized message advertising Zorro or myzorro.co, please contact us at support@myzorro.co so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
